Cathedral Place is in the works to be a 23-story residential tower behind the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul. The plan is to build a brand new glass tower rising 245 feet, 70 feet higher than the Cathedral. It would house 273 one and two-bedroom living units, with a fitness area, club and outdoor deck of the 23rd floor. The building would be part of phase one of the larger project to utilize the central location of the cathedral block and its views of Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Here we were tasked with a complete new-building-HVAC system.
