This building will be a 14-story tower standing 185-foot-tall, in University City, West Philadelphia. It will stand between Market Street and John F. Kennedy Boulevard. It will include lab space for use by the nearby universities. 3151 Market offers options for full floors of intensive chemical and biological lab use, including the potential for GMP and vivarium functions. The building will offer 6,500 SF of outdoor terraces, 14,900 SF of retail, and a public greenspace at ground-level called Grove Park.
