Philadelphia’s new Fashion District project opened in September 2020, and features an all-new reconstruction of the former Gallery. The $400 million project began in 2014, and spans from Market Street to 80th and 11th streets. It houses 838,000 square feet of retail space, open to small/local businesses as well as many retail chains.  In this project, we were tasked with a complete HVAC and plumbing renovation.
